on preferences given by the transferee before
coming to Turkey, our consultant selects suitable
houses or apartments and organizes the itinerary
of visits.

We give the transferee
a tour of the area indicating for each neighborhood
the availability and type of transportation,
schools, shopping areas, sports complexes,
leisure activities, clubs, etc.

Assistance
We assist the
transferee in locating housing in the new
city. This assistance includes a preview by
the consultant of all properties which meet
the requirements of the transferee, the actual
house search with the family, lease signing
and inspection of the property.

subscriptions to all utilities, including
gas and electricity. We also handle the installation
of the telephone, and obtain cable television,
if desired.

eventual cleaning of rental property. We also
advise the transferee and the family in obtaining
price estimates and making appropriate purchases.

around their new residence and introduce them

for the cancellation of the lease, all the
utilities, bank accounts and any other subscriptions
